PhD project Moleculargenetic investigations of Pre-columbian remains of the New World camelids from the Palpa Valley (Peru).
Research interests Historical anthropology, molecular anthropology, human genetics, population genetics, human ecology, culture and migration, subsistence strategies.
Education

2005
Diploma in Biology with the subjects anthropology, zoology and human genetics. Diploma-Thesis: Molecular genetic analysis for the individual identification and reconstruction of kinship in an celtic secondary burial of Manching.

Scientific assistant in the Institute of Historic Anthropology and Human Ecology from 2005-2008 within the BMBF- project network “Nasca” (Peru). PhD Thesis: Moleculargenetic investigations of Pre-Columbian remains of the New World camelids from the Palpa Valley (Peru).
